Winchester 94 Black Shadow Brushed Chrome--Help

I am looking to sell my Win 94 Black Shadow in Brushed Chrome. I purchased it in 2000 and lost the box and owner's manual when I moved. I can't seem to find anyone or any reference that can assist me in determining its value. It has a cheap Simmons 4X32 scope mounted on Weaver see-thru rings. The gun is in excellent condition. Does anyone know what the blue-book on this item would be or what a fair asking price would be?

  According to the latest B B, just the rifle by itself, if it's in the condition you describe, is worth between $200 & $300.
