preban Rugers
Does anyone have a web site address that shows the serial numbers of ruger mini 14's and 30's that are preban? I use to have one, but I missplaced it. Also a site that shows the preban AR 15's of the various manufacturers wold be nice too. Thanks, Eric[8D][8D][8D]

Eric.... There are no pre or post ban mini-14's since they do not have the features that would define them as assault rifles, such as pistol grips, flash suppressors, bayonet lugs etc.
The only mini-14 that would qualify is the government model that has those features, but was sold pretty much only to police agencies.
The AR series rifles is another matter as they have all of those features that our moronic legislators feel are evil, and thus make them "assault rifles".
Sorry I dont have a site to go to for serial numbers for pre and post ban AR's.0 -
If you actually have one and want to know when it was made (prior to the cut-off date for the ban) then call Ruger.
