    Were any Super Singles made without the warning on the barrel?

    Your Ser# is for a 1975 New Model Super Single Six (.22 LR and .22WMR) Cylinders.
    I don't know about the warning on the barrel

    Bear with me I'm not that Ruger smart. Shoudn't it say Super on the side of the frame?

    No matter whats on the barrel, it's what the ser # on the frame says it is. The barrel can be changed but not the frame.
