Hi, Was wondering if it is legal to put a pistol upper on a Cobray CM-11 lower. Thanks

  No, it would be defined per the ATF as a SBR (Short Barrel Rifle) at that time. Is the stock removeable on your model?

  Hi,thanks for the info. Since it is not legal to put a pistol upper on this lower, is it legal to use a vertical foregrip on the carbine upper.Thanks
