What kind of AR

I was on the bushmaster website and I found a DCM lower receiver and a V Match upper. Couldn't I buy these 2 and put them together. If I can do that can I take parts from different companies and put them together? What I am basically looking for is a moa accuracy AR, flat top maybe, 16-20" barrel, maybe heavy, light weight, and cheap. I know I'm all over the place. I like olympic arms "plinker" set up, but how accurate is it. I also like their PCR 16. It will have a scope on it which is why I sort of want the flat top. It will be used as a hog/coyote/plinking/everything gun, except large game, deer etc. I am very hard to follow I know, sorry. Any help is appreciated greatly.

  If all of the parts you wish to put together are Mil Spec you will not have an issue. If they are not you will need a some experience as a gun smith to make them work right. Example: Colts are not Mill Spec. Bushmaster and Armalite are Mill Spec. For all the rest you have to do your home work. My 2 cents. [8D]
