ATF laws Link??? Pre-ban Post-ban

I know the ATF site link is,
http://www.atf.treas.gov/firearms/
What I was looking for is the specific "page" link where it tells you what you can, and can not do, when putting accessories on a "bre-ban" vs a "post-ban" "assault" rifle and/or shotgun? When my last computer crashed I lost the link.

Or maybe another site that has this information.
