ANOTHER ITHACA DOUBLE

I need help with id and year. All I can find is ithaca hammerless and some slight engraving at the breach of the barrels 100xxx. S 1 2 on the frame. Nitro powder steel on barrels. 3" chamber I think, 20 inch barrels if they were cut off someone done a hell of a job.

  The tubes were cut, make no mistake about that. The "S" isn't something I'd know about as Ithaca's aren't of great interest to me. Still nice guns though.

  hitman, go to gunshop.com to find year of manufacture---- other than that, I agree with nord that someone ruined the collector value of your gun. As to your other questions, I'm looking for the same answers !

  If this is a Flues model it shouldn't have 3 inch chambers in it, if it does, then somebody lenghthened the chambers in it, no way would I shoot a three inch shell in it if it does, these old guns were not designed to shoot loads with such high pressures
