22 revolver
Who makes a NEF R92 .22 long rifle revolver? I have one I want to sell, but can't find NEF on the sale side to find an asking price.
Its in great shape, 100% blueing, 6" heavy barrel, and all original.
I bought it years ago for using snake shot, but never had to use it for that. Took it out to shoot LR, and it amazed me how accurate it was at 25 yds. And with iron sights, to boot. Didn't try any farther than that. Thanks in advance, Mike

if you have a 22 mag revolver can you shoot 22 lr through it?? 0 -
.22 Caliber bore size is the same....Its the CASE SIZE where the differance lies...The Magnum Case is Bigger than the .22 LRRF and the LR and Short...Unless you have another Cylinder...Your stuck to shooting the Bullet that fits the Cylinder or Chamber...

My experience with shooting 22lr thru a 22wmr gun is that the cases split and are a pain to extract. Also long term use could cause erosion in the chamber that is ment for the throat, so when you actually use a 22wmr in it, it will be a mess to chamber and extract. 0 -
the capt. and lee are both correct , but I will have to say i have a older ruger 3 screw that will shoot 22lr in its 22 mag cyl with no problems, I've only done it a few times just too see if it would work, no problems with split cases or extraction , but like leeblackman says you wouldn't want to do it very much because of the possibility of cyl. erosion but its nice to know it can be done just in case 0
