Kimber 84M - .260?

Hey all,

The Kimber website says that this rifle is also being chambered in .260 Rem. I've never seen one....have any of you? If they haven't made it to the market, does anyone know why?

  I have not seen one yet, but there is one advertised in the current Gun list for sale. It is probably the last chambering that they will do for the 84M because it is the least popular of their offerings.

  I work at a small retail gun shop and we are a Kimber Master dealer and have not had a .260rem in yet. I have had them on order for 10+months. I will talk to my Kimber rep when he gets back from the S.H.O.T. Show and find out what is going on. I know it took us 8-months just to get a 22-250 in from them.
