S&W745

I would like to know if the SW 745 and SW 4506 & SW 645 pistols use the same magazines? The magazines I'm looking at have the designation .45 cal, "This magazine must have a yellow follower," -D-1. Why different followers? What does -D-1 signify? Will these magazines work in the smaller frame .45 cal pistols? These magazines hold eight rounds and they do have yellow followers. Thanks in advance for your replies and help.
