I think Hesse Arms LTD, has fell under the train ( out of business)
Their webpage www.hessearms.com is dead. Last Phn#651-455-5760
Lots of luck

Hate to say this, but if you have a Hesse reciever, IMHO, toss that sucker as far as you can. Had one of their AK47 recievers, the rivit holes were off by .015" in right to left sides, and the metal was so soft that it would bend with a small amout of pressure.0 -
Friend of mine was selling AR-15's on Hesse Lowers. Lots of returns.
I would not buy one.
Have fun,be careful!

look at AR15.com at the discussion forum. Hesse has gone out of business and they have (had) a terrible reputation both for quality and for customer service. One guy has pics posted of his AR that had a Hesse receiver that split in two after firing two (yes only two) rounds out of it. Stay away from them. 0 -
They make good paperweights. Shoot it 10-20 times and you might have three or four good paperweights.[xx(] 0
