What can I expect to pay for a NEW M1A1 standard, Walnut or Synth?

I can say you'd expect to pay around $1000, but I did see a "loaded" package on gunbroker for $999, I thought that was pretty good. But I've seen them in gun stores for $1100, also, hold a synthetic, they stink (literally, they smell funny) don't know if they get better or not. 0 -
In this area, standard/walnut goes for $1199, standard/syn $1100, Bush and Scout (~4" shorter) $1295, Loadeds for $1399. The walnut is heavier and offers a wider grip all around, the Syn comes with a rubber recoil pad. If you want a heirloom, get the walnut. If you plan on hunting with it, consider the Bush or Scout (they come with NM front sights where as the standard does not) with a syn/fiber stock. If you end up spending between $1100 and $1300, also consider an Armalite AR10. I had the opportunity to shoot a Bush and an AR10A4C side by side and both shot great. The M1A had very mild recoil and the AR10 had even less. 0
