Stevens
Have a Stevens 22lr/410 O/U and the chamber selector (to select the 22 or 410) is broken, now it's 410 only. Whould a Gunsmith be able to fab up something or do I need a replacement part?

I have found a stevens 887 22 cal semi auto for my son. I am having problems finding out information on this gun. I have found information on stevens 88 and 87, have also been told that is is similar to the savage 187, but nothing on the 887. can you tell me what other models are compatable and what the value of this gun is.
thank you0 -
I don't find a model 887, but I did find a model 987:
From the Blue Book:
Model 987 - .22 LR cal. only, semi-auto, 15 shot tube mag., 20 in. barrel, hardwood Monte Carlo stock, adj. rear sight, 6 lbs. Disc.
80% = $50
90% = 60
95% = 70
The Standard Catalog of Firearms values it a little higher:
Fair = $80
Good = 90
VG = 1000 -
xracer is right. Stevens has not yet at this time made a firearm modeled The 887. Gotta be the 987. 0
