AR15 & Mini14

A co worker just swore that the two mags are interchangable? I didn't think so but have never tried any words of wisdom from the peanut gallery?

  Wagion.... Ramline did make a 30 rnd mag designed to work in both the AR-15 and the Mini-14. It works fine in the Mini, but very poorly in the AR.
  The normal AR mags, however, will only fit AR's, and the mags intended for Mini-14's fit only the Mini.
