Price check Model 94 from 1919

I have a friend with a model 94 that dates to 1919. Is in @ 95% condition, unaltered. 30WCF (30-30) caliber. What's it worth? (It is NOT for sale, is a family heirloom, the owner just shot the 100th deer taken with the rifle) thanks...

  There are several variables with this gun especially condition . Blue book rates this at 95% $1325.00 - 90% $1125.00 - 80% $825.00
