Usually around $2800-3200, someone was selling new ones for $2999 awhile back but I don't remember who. [;)]

Looks like you got yourself a winner there! Here's the skinny on them.

That is what I use in my three gun matches. I love mine.

If you get a chance to shoot it, put 3 in the mag and pull the trigger "all the way" back. Just to make sure, because there is no selector switch on these rifles, it's all in the trigger.

They have a habit of ejecting spent shell cases and marking the stock just above and behind the ejection port. If you shoot it, or when you sell it, you might suggest that they put some duct tape, or something there to keep the stock from becoming damaged. The only other bad thing I can say about them is that the trigger pull is pretty bad on these, and you might have to get used to the "action" being right next to your ear. Other than that, it is one heck of a system. Target acquisition is faster than with almost any other rifle.

There are 3 on gunbroker right now,
    1 NIB $2600
    1 NIB $2700
    1 LNIB $2700

I paid $2200 for one 16 months ago however the prices have jumped since Steyr is no longer making them however there are still a few factory licensed manufacturers so parts shouldn't be a problem for many many years

These are fairly rare weapons as only 3000 USR's were imported, then pre 1989 there were only 3000 Black AUG's imported 6000 Green AUG's and 1200 "Special Receivers" imported ... in other words, only 13200 rifles of this type were ever imported and it doesn't look like any more will ever be permitted.
