What Model do I have?
I have a J Stevens Arms & Tool Co,Chicopee Falls, Mass USA, It has Electro Steel*Choke Bored stamped on the barrel. Other than the above mentioned the only other marks is stamped inside the foregrip and it is S R 985. It is a single shot and a 12 ga shell fits in the barrel but there no guage indications on the shotgun anywhere. I hope to find out what model it is as I need a stock,butt-plate fore-grip and pivot screw to restore it. Any help would be appreciated. Can be contacted at wranglersroost@ria.net Thanks

Stevens was in business in Chicopee Falls Massachusetts for over 50 years between the Civil War and W W 1. They made many highly collectable single shot target rifles during that period.
Unfortunately there is not much reference material regarding there single shot shotguns?
Only thing I can tell you about yours, is that the markings were used by Stevens from 1886 to when they were taken over by Westinghouse during W W 1.0 -
