can anyone please tell me what a Sig 2340 40 cal. two tone is worth on the used market, the gun has been fired twice and comes with factory case, trigger lock and two clips. Thanx.

    I like mine!

Took a few boxes of ammo to get used to the deeper grip than the HK USP I also have, both in .40 S&W. Fit & finish are excellent; easy to care for. Recoil's a little sharper when I have the factory .357SIG barrel in it but nothing that's uncomfortable.

I have a 2340 and love it. as far as the finish goes, this has to be the lowest maintenance gun I own. It fits really nice, mine came with two different grips and shoots well.

I have 8 40 S&W pistols and I believe my 2340 may be the most accurate of the bunch. It is the only one that I have been able to shoot all rounds in the 10 ring, off hand at 25 yards.

Performance is great, but they feel kinda funny to me. Reminded me of when I got my first glock. Took me a little bit to get used to the traditional DA trigger on a polymer lower gun.

Thanks to all who responded. How well do they fit an average size hand? None around to check. Will be buying sight unseen. Presently carrying a K-40 and also shoot my 1911 in 45 w/no grip problems. Thanks

SigPro's do have a large grip area, might take some getting used to. I like mine in 9mm. Great shooter, feels very solid for a polymer gun in your hand.

I own a SP2340 in .357sig,it shoots accurately and is very reliable and well built.I must say the recoil is sharper than my P-229 .357 and my Glock 31.But over all its an excellant gun,the changeable grips which come standard with the gun is a big Plus.HTH

    Best!!

Sig-Pros offer two different size changeable backstraps. I can actually see the quality in material and workmanship.
