pivoting scope mount

Can anyone tell me where to find a scope mount for bolt action rifles that has a locking lever on one side and is hinged on the other side. The entire scope can be pivoted out of the way to use the iron sights on the rifle.

  Welcome to the boards!
  
  Weaver is the only "pivot" mount that I know of.

  I believe these are based on the old Pachmayr Pivot Mounts/rings.
  My brother used them on his old Rem. 742 with very good results.
