Can anyone tell me what this gold colored paste is some guys use to fill in lettering on barrels. It high lights it against the blueing.And what can you use to get it out.Thankyou for your help.

  Stuff is called "BONAZA BRUSHING INLAY" sold in kit form by www.brownells.com
  I usually use stuff called paint stick when photographing guns. To remove it use SIMPLE GREEN and a real stiff bristle hand brush. Needs a lot of elbow grease.
