Colt 40S&W-10MM

I'm looking at a Colt series 80 in a combo 40s&w-10mm cal.It has a stainless lower and a blued upper,new in factory box with all the papers.The trouble is ,I can't find any listing for it.Does anyone have info on this? and a fair price I should pay?
