More on High Power
It takes more than words to upset me, but at least I got everyone to speak up. I appreciate everyones input, especially those of you that know what I'm talking about. To Mark Christian, you are absolutly right( what was I thinking) you're only competeing against you're self. Now really, the properly set up AR-15 (in .223) is a magnificant target rifle. With a 1/7-1/8 twist it can shoot MOA groups at 600 yrds (the X-ring on a 600 target is six inches) with a 80 gr. bullet. Some members of the Army Marksmenship Unit are doing pretty good at a 1000 with it. Bottom line is it dosn,t have to kick and roar to be a kick@*# rifle.
