Reloading 9mm Largo Cases

Can I use my .38 Super Lee Pacesetter Dies to reload 9mm Largo Cases?
If so, can I use the .38acp (not Super) reload data shown in the various reloading books i.e. Lee's Book, Sierra, etc. If you have any reload recommendation that you are using - please let me know. I was able to buy over 100 once fired cases but I have no reload data to refer to.

  The 9mm Largo is a tapered case with head dimensions almost identical to the 9mm Luger. I always used 9mm Luger dies when reloading the Largo or it's American equivalent the 9 x 23 Winchester.
  Are you sure the cases you bought for reloading are Boxer primed? Most of the brass out there with 9mm Largo headstamps is Berdan primed and is going to be a chore to reload!
  Get some of the previously mentioned Winchester 9 x 23 Brass for reloading purposes and you will be ahead of the game.
  Best to use heavy bullets (125=147) grains for accurate reloads. They have longer bearing surfaces and are generally more accurate with MODERATE loads.
  Last but not least. Be extremelly cautious reloading for the Largo, most of the firearms in circulation out there specifically marked 9mm Largo were made in Spain over a 60 year period between 1910 and 1970. It was there official Spanish military/paramilitary cartridge during that time frame.
  Unfortunately many of these firearms are fabricated out of questionable material with doubtful workmanship!

  According to George Nontes book of conversions the 38 ACP will work unaltered using .355 bullets. He listed 2 loadings using Federal cases and Remington primers in both.
  1. 116 Gr. Soft point bullets with 4.20gr. bullseye @ 1100 FPS.
  2. 125 gr. lead bullets with 7.0 gr. Unique @ 1250 FPS.
  And as allways cut the data a tad to start and work up watching for pressure signs.
  Midway has Starline new unprimed brass in their catalog @ 12.35/100.
  If they don't have it Starline sells it direct @ 52.00/500pcs.
