In a nutshell, whatever you can legally buy in a gunshop where you live right now, you can buy online. It's not really a private sale, as you still must transfer firearms through an FFL holder. If there are FOID card restrictions in MN as there are in IL, you must satisfy those requirements before the gunshop owner will do the transaction for you (As well as any other state/local laws).

Hope this helps- Try clicking on the seller's tutorial on the GB Homepage.

No, you may not legally buy a pistol or revolver. Federal law governs FFL's and takes priority in this instance.

Just think, the government could put you in charge of a tank if you were in the military, but you'll just have to wait this one out as a civilian. [:(!] Hang tight, it's only a year.

Mballi- You show me a 20 year old tank commander and I'll show you a very bizarre, and very unique set of circumstances.

Most Abrams tank and Bradley fighting vehicle Commanders are usually, at a bare minimum, E-5 Sgt's with 4 or more years of experiance, even a 2nd Lt. is generally 22-23 years of age.

What really did mess with my head is that once in the military, I was 18 and they would have me carry around an M-60 MG, but I still could not buy a revolver in the on-post rod-and-gun club.
