    I'd say you were in the ballpark, if not a touch high. Walther PP's in nice shape, post war, german manufacture, go for $300.00; that is usually with the box, etx. As an aside, I once heard someone refer to the PPs as "surrender guns"; not widely used as a battle pistol, when officers were caputerd, they would turn over these pistols that more likely than not had never left the holster.

    I sold mine for $300. Same proof marks as yours in 90% with matching serial numbered magazine. No box or holster.

    Hi, go to www.whorg.org This will show you proof marks. They used two eagles and N. This will help you narrow down when it was made. The duraluminum (frame) is desirable. Condition is the problem. However without seeing it, it's hard to say what it's worth. $325.00 does seem out of the ball park unless it's a real junker.
