Remington 7400 #'s ?

I just picked a like new 7400 auto, wood stock, in .35 Whelen with all the paperwork and the Remington hardcase that originally came with this gun? The questions are - 1. What years was this calibur made? 2. how many were made, and 3. What would a "like new" gun in this calibur be worth? Any and all help would be appreciated. Just trying to see if I got a good deal. Thanks

  My Gun Traders Guide (23rd edition) doesn't talk about calibers available, or when they were made. However, it says the gun was made from 1981 to date. They have the standard version listed at $300 and the HG (High Gloss Finish) version listed at $345. No doubt the .35 Whelen chambering would be a rarer version of the gun, I am not sure if that would increase, decrease, or leave the value as is...

  The 35 Whelen was mfg. 1993-1995. Not sure how many were made.
  The blue book value for 100% is $495 + 15% for 35 Whelen
