  I would like to know the differences if any, between a match olympic arms lower and a rock river lower. Which is a better piece of work.

  I'd like to know which would be the better AR-15 among all the ones sold on this site? Period! There are so many here, Rock River, Olympic, Bushmaster, Colt, and so many others. Is there any significant difference in all of these....? Beside the price. I mean real significant difference. Please share.....

  I currently own a Rock River LAR 15. Gun works great! I'd say it is just as good as the Bushmaster XM-15 I previously owned. Accuracy on the Rock River matches the Bushy exactly. I'd go with the Rock River and save a $100 or so.

  I can't tell you the differences in the two reciever types, but i can tell you i have an Olympic Arms ar-15, as does a friend of mine, and we have both put several thousand rounds through ours without a single malfunction, using surplus and cheaper ball ammo. They are also quite accurate.
  
  Bushmasters and Rock Rivers are both well respected companys, but they cost more and i dont think perform any better than the Olympic Arms rifles. Any of the 3 will be a quality rifle, but i only paid 700 for mine brand new and saved quite a bit over the other two brands.

  rog007, the ar with the best value is the Bushmaster....most sold, most recommended, best customer service, best cuctomer satisfaction...best value! Check out AR15.com for comparison.

  Stay away from the investment cast recievers! Everyone is pretty much building off of the same prints so they are all practicly the same quality.

  A little boost for the Rock River. I know that dealer price on the complete lower including stock is around $150-$175. [;)] Maybe if your friendly with your local dealer he'll give you a nice price on one.
