Problem with firing pin hitting high....

    You should definately send the rifle in to Ruger for repair/replacement along with some of the fired brass. Something is off center; could be the bore-through of the bolt body, could be the firing pin hole in the bolt face, could be your chamber.

    Your problem is the firing pin. Get a new one.

    Your talking about a Mark II .22 cal pistol, I think. Take it back apart,( fun right), and see if your firing pin is dull from dry firing. The firing pin hits the end of barrel, and flatten's it. Some time's you can sharpen the firing pin back straight, if not it can be replaced while you have it down.
