My Turkey Gun?

I shaped a rear sight for my 12 Ga. shotgun (Turkey Gun).It is made of hard plastic.It fits the contour of the barrel nicely.It is a 3/4" by
1" surface that will contact the barrel.

I want to glue this on because of the barrel being thin.Do any of you have any experience with doing this with Epoxy.Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

  BE CAREFUL, SOME EPOXIES WILL EAT {DISSOLVE} PLASTICS. GOOD LUCK!
