NcSTAR Sporting Scope 3-12x50 ???????

Does anyone have any information on this NcSTAR scope from New Century Sci.&Tech.,inc. California.
It has illuminated crosshairs and what appears to be pretty clear optics. It's a sharp looking scope for the price I paid. 100.00
