Foul Out 111
Does any one know where I can purchase the "copper solution" for the Outers Foul Out 111, at a resonable price. I know Brownells sells it-a little pricy. Outers was bought by Blount, Inc. a while ago, but I heard they sold there sporting division to Alliant Techsystems, & I can't find them on the web. Maybe some of you people have come up with a "home made" solution that works, if so can you please advise me. Thanks

Shootist3006,
Thank you very much. One site had a mixture of 2 parts of ammonia, 1 vinegar, & 1 water-didn't work at all. This site shows ammonia, & nothing else. I'll try that. Again thanks0 -
Try Midwayusa.com Hondo 0 -
I believe the solvent must have copper sulfate in it for the plateing process to work with the foul-out system, that's probably why the solution is blue in color. Of course I could be wrong, just ask my girlfriend. 0 -
hondo,
I tried midwayusa-no luck, they did send me a e-mail, & said they would recommend for they "purchaser" to obtain & stock it.
17mach4,
Yea!, I noticed the "blue", you are probably right. As for being wrong, just get married to that cute little thing, & you'll always be wrong.0
