+P ammo for my Sig 232

I just recently purchased the little brother (232) to my Sig 226 for carry and was looking at the new Quik-Shok round from Triton as a good defensive round. Is the +P a good round for this application? I have benn using Cor-Bon but was thinking the Triton round would work a little better for defense.
