6mm-.223 Any Info Appreciated

I have been looking for alternatives to .223 in an AR type pistol. Been looking at the 6mm-.223. Do any of you have any info on this caliber, also source for barrel. Thanks!

  I put an upper together in this caliber. It's the 6mmx45 and real easy to form. You just run a 6mm expanding button through the neck.
  I bought mine used on AR15.com . Olympic Arms made mine in SS.
  The pointed soft points bugger up and jam so figure on HP or ballistic tips. Accuracy is very good.
