264 Win.Magnum

HI,
I have Winchester mod 70 264 WIN.Magnum ser # 780*** in 98% cond.
Would like to find out a little about this rifle,when it was made,
how much it's worth,if it's a good caliber.

  I would guess manufacture date in 1965.
  
  Worth maybe 400 + depending upon condition.

  The .264 Winchester Magnum is a fine long range cartridge. It is esp. well adapted to hunting here in the west. Have used one since the early 60's.
