drawn... I have a Super Blk Eagle with the camo finish, and I clean it with Hoppes solvent. It works great and has no effect on the finish.
The camo finishes on these guns are applied in a process where the camo is suspended on a liquid in a tank, and the gun is dipped into the tank where the finish sticks to the gun. It is very durable, and I cant imagine Benelli putting any finish on their guns that could be damaged by any commercial gun cleaning solvent or oil.
After hunting trips, I just wipe down the outside of my gun with a dry cloth. I generally only use solvent on the inside where it really gets dirty.0 -
off the subject...
drawn, I like your "signature" -- we should all live as well!

Laredo, Thanks for the reply I felt that much would be true just wondering if anyone found some big no no's.
My Granny bought me this shotgun for christmas and Wednesday I will go to the skeet range and watch with hopes someone will be willing to take a bran newbie under their wing and show me the ropes.
Bambiehunter, Thanks
