P226 in .40 Cal
I was thinking about getting a P226 in .40 cal and I was checking around locally to purchase (Des Moines, IA.) and I was wondering what would be a safe range for a purchase price. I prefer the two-tone or even the ST version but I am not sure if the ST is avail yet in .40 cal P226. Any info on that anyone? I was looking into buying on the internet and would not be afraid to do that either.

According to SIG's website, the P-226 (.40 S&W) is available in two-tone but not in the ST version. Apparently only the 9mm P-226 is available in the ST version. From what I gather, the ST version of the P-226 (9mm) was made available in late 2002. If this is profitable to SIG ARMS then I am sure it will eventually become available in .40 S&W.
