scope repair

hey guys just pick up a scope and got a question. It is a blue
scope and is pretty marked up where the rings were can this be
fixed? and how will cold blue work after a light sanding? give me
a shout on what to do.Or if there is a place I can send to have done

  I tried a quick search and came up with nothing.
  
  Anyone know of a place I could have a couple of old scopes repaired? I have 2 that are with family heirloom guns I'd like to have fixed. Both have broken wires in the crosshairs, and are quite dirty.
  
  I know this may devalue them to some extent, but would like them fixed all the same.

  I would call T.K. Lee Company of Birmingham, Alamaba
  
  
  They were still in business last year and were the company who intalled most "Lee" dots on scopes. They still use black-widow spider webs for the cross hairs. It was and still may be the strongest fiber available.
