  If you are not recoil 'sensitive' go with the 40. The 9 has less recoil and the ammo is generally cheaper. Either should prove to be as accurate as the shooter and you should not be disappointed.

  Either will be a great gun, i own and shoot the 35 and highly recommened it, easy to shoot and to clean the wife likes to shoot it as well.

  For a comp gun, the 40 is slowly catching on, but since you have to shoot like crazy, the 9mm is probably a more affordable choice so I'd go with that.
