shipping a 1895 rifle
i have a 1895 lee metford listed on gb,i do not have a ffl .does the purchaser have too go through a ffl holder on this old of a gun?thanks don

Guns older than 1898 are antiques and may be tranfered without an FFL.
Unless there is state or local laws that would prevent the buyer from receiving the gun.

I thought the responsibility was on the buyer, as long as he is old enough to purchase. That's like being as guilty as an egg sucking dog just because you own the chickens.
