Ranger 410 double

First... A .410 will command a huge premium if the gun is in any shape at all. As far as value, Cabela's offered a fair price for a hardware store gun.

Made either by Stevens or Hunter Arms in Fulton, NY. I believe the Stevens has a removable plate on the frame, but it could well be the other way around. No difference in value for either.

Nice little gun. I had one in 20 ga. when I was a boy.

Nord is correct. From your description i would say Stevens. If it does have removeable floorplate,it is Hunter Arms (fulton)

For what this is worth: Ranger shotguns have been around a long time. I have a 12 guage double that my mother bought my father for their first wedding anniversary...in 1935. She bought it from either Sears or Montgomery Ward, she couldn't remember which.
