Anyone got one of these. What do you think about it?

bushnell,,,, A hunting buddy of mine has a Nova in camo and loves it.
Benelli makes excellent guns. I have a super black eagle and a couple of super 90's, and I like them all.
I have shot my friends Nova and was very impressed. It is a quality shotgun and reasonably priced.

Do not own one, but have friends that do. Most say they kick like h*** when shooting 3.5 in. shells. There is a recoil absorbing device available. Otherwise everyone has good comments about the shotgun.

I had one. It really kicked with 3 1/2" shells. The stock and receiver were one piece. I liked mine. I would recommend it.

I only own the Super Black Eagle - 3?" semiauto and loves it.
Will never buy anything else than Benelli from now on !!

I like both the Super 90, M1's and M3's - and was lucky enough to hold and wish for the new M4.
    Goshdarnit for a gun. =o)

The Nova is easy to strip down, no tools needed.
Every part is protected by a coating that makes it almost impervious to rust and thereby malfunction.

You can get a Mercury recoil-absorber in two different weights, making the gun slightly heavier and it really does absorb the fierce powers of the extraheavily loaded 3?" shells.

It will work on any 12 gauge shell you can put in it - from 2 5/8" to 3?" and at any DRAM-eq or load.

As for the Super Black Eagle - (off the original subject, I know!!) I find it really easy to strip down, clean and re-assemble.
The handling of the Super Black Eagle is simply wonderful and a hoot to shoot.

I don't know if the Nova have the same function for shell-loading as the semiauto's - but it's fast to change the first shell to another type.

(no, I don't work at a Benelli shop!! just loves the darn guns.)

A buddy of mine just bought one for round $350 and he is really pleased with it. He was really suprised to see how easily it could be taken apart for cleaning.

I have one, bought it last year for about $325, in black composite 28" barel, with 3 choke tubes. I have 2 other friends I hunt with and we all love them. Really great for duck hunting in muddy conditions, they do have a recoil with the 3.5 shells, but man you can use any shell from 2.75 to 3.5 in it. I think it's the best buy for the money.

I have 2 Super Black Eagles and love them both...wouldn't trade them for anything. Went to Arkansas last year duck hunting and all of our guides used Novas...they were heavily used and they loved 'em too!

    You can't go wrong
