length question
How short can I go on a Savage model 24 barrel (.22 over a .410)?
I know rifles or 16" and shotguns or 18", which does this come under?
16" would make a nice truck gun.....But I don't need any TROUBLE later. Thanks

You are going to have to leave it 18-18.5" and 26"OAL. Once my dad and I were out shooting some hand thrown blue rock and an old guy stopped and asked if he could watch. He had one of those .410 pistols with about a 10" barrel and he had a federal permit for it. We tried to hit those rock with it. Not easy.
