Magwell

I have a micro-compact which ha 6 round clips,If I put a magwell on could I use a 7 round clip with out it sticking out.

  I don't mean for this to sound like a short answer but...., How much differance in overall grip length with the mag-well? I have seen some S&As (Smith&Alexander) units where it would not be a problem and some others where it would. By the way, welcome to the forum.

  I tried a magwell and it didnt have the effect i was looking for so i tried someones suggestion of a bigger magazine. In my ultra carry i use an eight round mag made for it with a bigger bumper plate and this worked better than the magwell keep in mind this is for my concealled carry gun.
