Some gun values please

The value of a Winchester Model 94 30-30 saddle ring carbine. From what I can determine it was made in 1953. I would judge it as in "very good" condition, with about 90% of the blueing finish, some honest wear on the receiver, few scratches. Butt stock has a slight crack from the bottom screw on the butt plate about 2" long. Action is crisp barrel is good no rust, and clean. Keeper or a trader, some opinions please. Ser# 205xxx


Would also like some information on a Browning Hi Power, made in Belgium, spur hammer, target sights, in excellent condition, appears not to have been fired, wood checkered grips excellent. Ser#245PTxxxxx. All numbers match. Year of Mfg. and value please.

  I think you dropped a digit on your '94. 205xxx was made in 1901. 205xxxx was made in '53.
  
  Assuming a 1953 manufacture date:
  
  MODEL 1894 SADDLE RING CARBINE - 20 in. round barrel
  
  70% = $875
  80% = 995
  90% = 1250
  
  Your Browning HiPower was made in 1986
  
  HI-POWER: POST-1954 MFG. (Adj. sights)
  
  90% = $345
  95% = 385
  98% = 450
  100%= 590

  Yeah, Bob, I'd say it's a keeper. Pre-'64 Saddle Ring Carbines will only keep appreciating. Take good care of the old girl.

  xracer, yes got tired of the cold and snow, but still miss it!!Moved to the south to be on a lake, and as my luck would have it, they just lowered the lake to build a backup dam. If it was raining soup I would have a fork. Still not able to ease into the grits yet, still trying! Thanks again for the information, Bob

  matwor, had some loose wall paper, mixed up a mess of grits and applied with a snow shovel and it worked great!!! No more loose wall paper.
