Value of Westinghouse 1943 binoculars

What wood a pair of Westinghouse 6x30 M3 1943 HMR binoculars be worth? The black is mostly rubbed off around the front ring edges and a few other small spots eleswhere. The finish is a little rough on the hinge but most of the finish is really descent. They focus ok and if you hold them towards the sky there are some specks but they aren't noticeable when used normally. Where is the best place to adveritse these collectors binoculars? Thanks.
