Do you have to have a FFL to ship/receive air guns? Does it matter what state you are shipping/receiving to/from?

Air guns are not considered "Firearms", they may be shipped USPS.
Local restrictions may apply toe the receiver.
Ancient Rome declined because it had a Senate; now what's going to happen to us with both a Senate and a House?

It's been more than strongly recommended that you don't ship by USPS. And that's a pre 9/11 observation. USPS doesn't really like firearms or anything that looks like one save if you are an FFL dealer and can fill out the appropriate form. Otherwise you can expect the air gun to be pulled off the line somewhere. Use UPS or Federal Express.
