Agree with SaxonPig on all. If it has a 6 1/2 inch pinned barrel the value increases $150.00 in 100% condition.

All "Pre-Model" Smiths of this era have pinned barrels, and Pre-Models 25 have 6.5-inch barrels. No Pre-Model 1955 came in a wood case, but Smith sold wood cases for years so it is not uncomon to find guns in non-original cases. Some discount a reblue less than I do, but to me, it cuts the value to what someone will pay for a shooter because it has no collector value.

    Hello"roysha"[:)]

My Lord, How I hate most of the "imote-icons" on the internet. I hope that most of the originator's fall into some sort of deep pit with a "grisley-'bear'". I also hope that the 'bear' wins.

    My Best Regards:)

Number 2: I may not have as many----but I may be able to make Dr. Pig sweat----I have more "S&W"'s ""Hand-ejector's"" than most people have ever seen, "What caliber is the 1955 chambered in????"

    My Many Thanks In Advance:)

OK---Guy's and Dolls, I need another AUB 6500-C for "back-up". The "stripers" are starting to come into the 'deep' holes in the "Suwanee River" at the mouth of the "Suwanee River"......
    Many Thanks In Advance[:)]
