SAM 1911- What kind of quality

I have a chance to buy a SAM 1911 for $250.00. Is this a chinise import? Is this a good quality gun and worth the price? Any information on this gun would help me. Thanks..

  Century Arms has a: HG1118N-SAM Elite Pistol. Cal. 45ACP. Condition New. This is all the info I have on it.

  Saxon, I it is on the Century arms site, but it is sold under the name Blue Thunder. On the picture you can see where it says SAM 1911,on the side of the pistol. I have no idea where it is made, but I will try to find out.[?]
