mag problem - need the right glue
I have a ramline AR-7 mag that is split along the seam at the top where you put in the bullets. what type of glue will hold this type of plastic best? testers? super glue, or epoxy? would like input from those who've been there and done that. I'll use the top vote getter. I'm asking because I don't want to inadvertantly mess up a $50 mag by using the wrong stuff. personally, I'd use the testers cement for modeling if I were left on my on.

any cyano will work great. i suggest JET products, as they are formulated for plastics, and even sell a nuetralizer. go to a hobby or remote control store for it.

MTC has given you the correct answer. I have personally glued a Ramline AR-7 magazine split along the seam after being dropped, and it is still holding, although without a lot of use since.
Since these magazines are not styrene, I doubt that your Testors would soften it.0
