Gunsmith? 223-204 conversion
I cannot get hold of a gunsmith here till monday and need a question answered. I have a remington 700 adl in 223 and can buy a new remington 204 ruger barrel for $60. What is required to put this barrel on in place of the 223? About what kind of costs? They are the same base so I wouldnt think it would take much. If I can have it done at a price that is quite a bit lower than buying a new gun then I will do it.
